Protect Your Plants from Crown Gall

Canadian distributor for DYGALL

Who We Are

DYGALL Solutions is the Canadian distributor for DYGALL, a preventative biological inoculant registered for crown gall control.

We import the product for Canada and support growers who need a preventative option before grafting, planting, or shipping.

What Is Crown Gall

Crown gall is a bacterial disease caused by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. It produces rough, woody galls on roots and stems that can disrupt vascular tissue and weaken young plants.

Crown gall is primarily a nursery issue and affects a wide range of woody plants, fruit crops, vines, and ornamentals.

How DYGALL Works

DYGALL introduces Agrobacterium radiobacter strain K84 to plant roots and wounds before planting. The beneficial bacterium occupies ecological niches and competes with pathogenic Agrobacterium tumefaciens, reducing the likelihood of infection.

Important: DYGALL is a preventative, not a cure. It will not control existing crown gall infections and must be applied before exposure.
